Kids Yoga – Fun, Movement & Relaxation

Interested in Kids Yoga for Your Child or Group?
Whether you’re a parent, teacher, or care provider, I offer individual and group options tailored to your needs.
🌈 Reach out to learn more or to register your child. I’d love to bring the magic of yoga into their world!

Playful movement, mindful moments, and a whole lot of joy.

Welcome to a world where yoga becomes an adventure!
My kids’ yoga classes are designed to support children’s natural curiosity, creativity, and need for movement while also introducing them to relaxation, mindfulness, and body awareness. In a world that often moves too fast, yoga gives children the tools to slow down, listen to themselves, and feel empowered in their own bodies.

What Makes Kids Yoga Special?

Yoga for children is much more than modified adult yoga. It’s a playful and interactive experience that meets kids where they are—with imagination, fun, and a deep understanding of their developmental needs.

Each class includes

  • Creative movement and yoga poses
  • Storytelling and imaginative journeys
  • Breathing exercises to calm the nervous system
  • Sound healing with instruments and music
  • Games that build connection and confidence
  • Relaxation practices and guided visualizations

These elements help children

  • Develop body awareness, balance, and coordination
  • Increase focus and emotional regulation
  • Cultivate self-confidence and resilience
  • Learn how to relax and reduce stress.

Where I Teach

I currently teach yoga in four different child care centers, bringing fun and mindful movement directly to young learners in their everyday environment.
I also offer my own weekly kids yoga course in Birsfelden every Monday afternoon, open to all children who want to join the adventure.

A Safe and Heart-Centered Space

Each session is guided with warmth, empathy, and a deep respect for each child’s individuality. My intention is always to create a space where children feel safe, seen, and free to express themselves.

No prior yoga experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to move and explore!
